free first session…

I offer a free consultation (60 minutes of in person or telehealth) to ensure a good fit with my clients. I believe it is imperative to have a good working relationship with my clients and by removing payment for the first session, it allows the client time and space to make a decision to schedule another appointment if they choose to do so.

no surprises act (nsa)

In light of the No Surprises Act which went into effect in 2022, all health care providers are federally mandated to provide clients who do not use their insurance a Good Faith Estimate. This estimate will expire after 1 year and it allows for the health care provider and the client to have a therapeutic conversation about fees and what would work best for them. I have provided a fee schedule which will allow myself and clients to determine an approximate total of fees they will pay over the course of 1 year of treatment.
